A day in the Life – Sylvia Fernandez

Married mother of 2, PA-C and associate professor of the Nova Southeastern University PA Program

7:00am- 8:00am – My morning starts off by getting my kiddos ready for school then straight to work for me.

8:00am – 5:00pm – Work

5:00pm – 6:00pm – Depending on the day, after school activities either involve taking my sons to Kenpo Karate class or piano and drum class.

7:00pm – On the days where I don’t have to chauffeur them to their after-school activities, you can find me helping my kids with homework or cooking dinner, this usually lasts for a good hour or 2.

8:00pm – Once everyone is settled it’s time for this mom to go out and have a quick run. This is the time of the day where I try and make some time for myself.
